Features:

The working principle of this device is to circulate water through a set of pumps. The electrical resistance coefficient of the water in the water terminal system is treated to ≥ 2M Q-cm through deionized resin and heat exchanger, and the temperature is reduced to around 20T. Automatically measure and display flow rate, temperature, resistivity, and pressure. The water processor chassis is equipped with 4 movable wheels

Parameter:

  1. The CTT cable testing terminal is equipped with a CTW water treatment unit. According to the voltage level, the cable testing terminal has two designs: high-voltage cables above 150kV are inserted from the tail into the terminal insulation pipe; Insert cables below 150kV from above into the terminal.
  2. The CTT cable test terminal is a double water pipe system, with deionized water circulating inside. Combine water treatment units to form a closed water treatment system. Each terminal is connected to the water treatment unit by two water pipes.
  3. The structural design of the cable terminal changes the electric field distribution and energy loss of the cable within the terminal, and the water treatment unit can control the conductivity and temperature of the water.
  4. The water treatment unit is equipped with a 500L water tank for storing deionized water. Two cable terminals are connected to the water treatment unit through four water pipes. The water flow velocity in the cable terminal is about 30 L/min or 60 L/min. Heat is discharged to the outside through a heat exchanger.
