Can the AC Resonant Test System perform AC withstand voltage test on the generator?
Large thermal generators and hydraulic generators have a large ground capacitance.When subjected to AC withstand voltage testing,a large test capacity is required.When using a frequency tuning resonance system for AC withstand voltage testing,there is a high demand for the variable frequency power supply.Currently,most domestic testing units use a resonant transformer for testing,which is heavy and inconvenient for onsite testing.In response to this situation,our company has designed and manufactured the TPXBF series generator AC Resonant Test System.
The HMCXZ series generator AC Resonant Test System operates by parallel connection of multiple sections of reactors,adjusting the inductance of adjustable reactors to achieve resonance by parallel connection of different sections of fixed reactors.Depending on the test capacity,fixed and adjustable reactors of different capacities are reasonably configured to minimize the power supply capacity and the volume weight of the testing equipment to the greatest extent.

When conducting AC withstand voltage tests on generators of the same voltage level and capacity,the overall weight of the equipment is significantly reduced.The weight of a single device is 1/5 of traditional equipment,completely solving the problem of difficult onsite handling.
The advanced principles and advanced casting technology are used in the entire system,which is of dry structure.The precision machining of the transmission mechanism greatly reduces the equipment's operating noise.
Equipped with drytype columnar regulators,providing good output waveform and stability.
The excitation transformer has high and low voltage dual outputs.After configuring rectifier silicon stacks,DC withstand voltage tests can be conducted on the generator.
The inductance configuration of fixed and adjustable reactors is reasonable,ensuring good resonance points for specimens of different capacities without resonance blind spots.
The operating system not only adjusts voltage and inductance but also monitors realtime power factor,highside current,highvoltage test voltage,lowvoltage output voltage,air gap variations,and has overcurrent and overvoltage protection.
