  The Variable Frequency Series AC Resonant Test System adopts a multi-stage stacking method,where multiple reactors can be connected in parallel or in series.The voltage divider is used to measure the test voltage and can also serve as a compensating capacitor for small capacitive test samples,allowing resonance frequency to complete a variety of AC withstand voltage tests for various electrical equipment within the range of 30 to 300Hz.

  The basic principle of the variable frequency series resonance test is to use an adjustable(30-300Hz)series resonance test device in series with the capacitive test specimen to generate AC test voltage.The variable frequency resonance test device is widely used in industries such as power,metallurgy,petroleum,and chemical engineering,suitable for the connection and preventive tests of high-capacity,high-voltage capacitive test samples.

  The variable frequency series resonance complete set device utilizes the principle of series resonance,using an excitation transformer to excite the series resonance circuit,adjusting the output frequency of the frequency converter,enabling the inductance L and the specimen capacitance C to resonate in series,where the resonant voltage is applied to the specimen.The variable frequency series resonance complete set device is extensively used in industries such as power,metallurgy,petroleum,and chemical engineering,suitable for the connection and preventive testing of high-capacity,high-voltage capacitive test samples.

  The variable frequency series resonance complete set device mainly consists of a frequency converter,an excitation transformer,a high-voltage reactor,a high-voltage voltage divider,and other components.The frequency converter is divided into two categories,with 20KW and above being console-type and below 20KW being portable box-type;the variable frequency series resonance complete set device is composed of a controller and a filter.

  The main function of the frequency converter is to convert the fixed amplitude and frequency 380V or 200V mains frequency sine wave AC into an adjustable amplitude and frequency sine wave,and to provide power to the entire set of equipment.The excitation transformer is responsible for raising the output voltage of the variable frequency power supply to the appropriate test voltage.The high-voltage reactor L is an important component of the resonance circuit,where it resonates in series with the specimen CX when the power frequency is equal to 1/(2π√LCX).
